Attend Pacific Lutheran University, and graduated in 1977 with Business Administration degree. I moved to Port Angeles in 1978 and worked for Motorola, Inc. until 1986. Started Financial Planning Practice in1987. Elected to Port Angeles City Council in 1985 and re-elected 1989 and currently Mayor. Have traveled extensively, both as Mayor and as part of my Financial Planning Practice. Involved in a number of community organizations. Active in the local theatre including roles in comedy, drama and musical productions. Enjoy being a dad and sharing time with my best friend, my wife Joanne.

My occupation: Certified Financial Planner (that is my profession) and also serving as Mayor of Port Angeles
Spouse’s occupation: Legal Secretary – Administrative Assistant
Travels include: throughout the United States. Recently returned from Japan
Hobbies/Interests: acting, cross country skiing, hiking, public speaking, reading, listening to music, baseball and basketball.
Remember most: school plays, marching band, cheerleading, and student government. Life seemed so much simpler then.
